Cultivate Growth

Collaborating with clients to inspire their creativity, and create action steps towards achieving their individual hopes and dreams

About Me.

Hello! My name is Heather. I have been a registered nurse since 2015. I have extended my career as a nurse coach and freelance writer. I have spent most of my career working in the intensive care unit (ICU). During my time working as a nurse, I have seen first-hand how taking care of ourselves plays a huge role in one’s overall health and well-being. This includes mental, physical, emotional, spiritual… The list goes on.

I am learning day by day how to become the best version of myself, and I want to be there to help others discover that as well. I am passionate about helping people follow their dreams and finding out what fuels them. I use coaching and writing to help inspire others. I love supporting people through their challenges, encouraging self-care, and promoting mental health awareness. My goal is to help others cultivate growth by having the resources to reach their full potential and become the best possible version of themselves. Looking forward to this journey!
